Accounts Assistant
Fletchers Solicitors Ltd have a fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join our growing Accounts and Finance team!
Location: Southport/ Hybrid

This role involves processing incoming payments, client payments and disbursements payments, as well as dealing with costs and accounts ledgers, liaising with Litigation Executives and dealing with a wide range of tasks on a day-to-day basis
Key Accountabilities:
Processing incoming chequesProcessing Client Payments and Disbursements PaymentsBalancing accounts ledgersReconciling costsDealing with emails from Litigation ExecutivesClosing/archiving of case filesComplying with Solicitors Regulatory Authority RulesPurchase ledger postings and paymentsOther accounts admin jobs as required We are looking for someone who has the following skills:
