Account Manager / Business Development - GBP30k - GBP35k Company Pension Free Parking Exciting Social Events Frequent Travel Yearly Pay Review Manchester Staff are looking for an experienced and ambitious Business Development professional who will work within a niche and exciting market. In this position you will deal with high-net-worth clients and work on delivering some of the world s most prestigious projects, working with some of the most famous brands and suppliers! The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the ultimate client experience. They will assist with existing clients and key accounts, to help maintain and grow their close relationships. The aim is to generate new business from existing clients and accounts and ultimately progress to include new business as part of their responsibilities. The Role Working closely with the Directors to understand the industry. To learn product and supplier knowledge quickly and effectively, to understand offering along with important commercial aspects. Providing excellent service and being the main point of contact for our existing clients. Upholding the highest level of service to clients. Developing new opportunities with existing clients and identifying areas of improvement in line with Company goals. Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements. Managing client expectations and seeking solutions and resolutions. Managing Customer Relationship Database. Attend trade fairs and networking events in the UK and Europe. Working closely with all departments to establish and understand all client intelligence before approaching a client. Taking a detailed client brief and providing effective communication of all relevant information. In collaboration with GF team, helping to ensure all GF facilities, including showrooms and logistics, are ready for a client visit both physically and virtually. Presenting and forecasting a sales report of own prospects and achieving agreed sales performance measures. Including meeting turnover and gross profit margin goals. What we re looking for Full UK driving license. Must be ambitious and outgoing. 2-3 years client facing sales experience with a proven track record. Team focused mentality. Well presented with excellent communication skills.
