I have a large 2 bedroom house.
My postcode is b8 3nd.
My landlord is clarion housing association. Rent is reasonable.
It is 2 very good size bedrooms. Even the second room you can fit 2 large double beds. Decent size living room. Wooden flooring.
New bathroom shower and toilet. Fitted in march 2022, Painted and decorated.
Large kitchen. You can put a small dining table and chairs if you wish.
Very large garden which needs cleaning. Ive only lived here since 2020. I have had no issues. Just need extra space. Lovely neighbours. Clarion is very good. Very large garden. Does need cleaning. You can update house how you like to your preference.
I would like to exchange to a 3 bedroom house. In b8 or b9.
Preferably b9.
I do not have a car so parking no issue for me.
I have 3 store room, good size, lots of storage space.
