Wards Sheffield Ashtray and Pub Books from Smoke Free Home

Vintage, 1970s, Fine Derbyshire Pottery, e to Wards Sheffield Best Bitter ceramic plate ashtray, very collectable breweriana. Not been used in over 20 years because nobody smokes at my home. Certainly, was used before I purchased it, as on close inspection patina from pub parties in glaze (crazing), which is normal mercial ceramic plate ashtrays. These wonderful Sheffield history items often sell for £15 to £20.
Plus, hard to find, “The World Encyclopedia of Beer” by Brian Glover, published by Select Editions. A definitive tour through the world of beer from Newcastle to New Orleans with Wards Brewery, England, featured on three pages.
Plus, third and final treat: one like new, in resealable bag, signed by author, about being born at “The Northern” in the late-60s fighting illness, repeatedly asked about mental wellbeing, and then wishing for better during the entertaining story to parenthood, as well as running the most talked about pub in Britain (1993 to 1994). Burtonwood Brewery features in several chapters – retails for £7.99. Published in easy-to-read, large print to cheer up people aged from about 9 to 109. It has small photo section and an underlying message of hope (would make great gift, too).
I’m happy to save items if you can let me know an approximate time for collection only/viewing 8am-10:00pm most days (apart from odd trip out) from small, covered, front porch/doorway with working doorbell that switches light on during night time at private housing estate, former site of Shirecliffe College (easy to find from bus stops, cycling, driving, and walking, just off Shirecliffe Road), Standish Way, Sheffield, S5 8YA.
I'll carry change for cash payments and immediate collection because internet banking transfers can take up to 2 hours to clear an account.
