VW T4 Transporter Campervan, very rare LWB High Top, 143k miles

Unique high top campervan conversion, based on a 1999 T4 Transporter, long wheelbase high top. The base van is a 2.5 litre 5 cylinder turbo diesel. It has 7 months MoT (but I’ll renew the MoT as part of the sale) and a full service history for the last 5 years, which is how long I have owned it. The work done includes timing belt, exhaust, and very recently brake discs, coil springs, ball joints and shock absorbers. All 4 tyres and the starter battery are nearly new. It has electric windows and mirrors, and air conditioning. Additional accessories include Garmin satnav, Blaupunkt DAB radio and dashcam.
The conversion can mostly be seen from the pictures. It includes rotating front seats (and they both rotate!), 12v compressor fridge, gas hob and sink, onboard water, rock’n’roll bed (115cm wide), EHU with smart charger and nearly new leisure battery, and smart TV. There’s also a lot of storage space. Off-grid facilities include a free standing solar panel and controller (sufficient for the fridge), and an inverter to power the smart TV when off-grid. Various accessories are included, such as levelling ramps, exterior and exterior insulated window covers, and an awning.
Note that the original conversion wasn’t that great, and I’ve replaced or added many things. However the carpet lining was fixed without high temperature adhesive, so the adhesive has bled through the lining. That’s only a cosmetic issue, but the new owner may want to replace some of the lining, which isn’t difficult or expensive. Finally, the rock'n'roll bed does have one seatbelt, but you can easily add another one for very little cost if needed.
