This cool toddler toy, changes between a rocker and a ride on.
It has an attached wheel, or this can be taken off and have handles.
The attachment should light up and makes noises, unfortunately this no longer happens. I've tried new batteries etc, but still nothing.
The rest of the toy works as expected. The label says not for children over 36 months.
