In the time of my ownership, the sublime and punchy Euro-VI D4 engine has averaged around 50mpg, typically achieving 750 miles to a full tank. This has been a bination of driving, though on longer motorway runs, it easily exceeds 60mpg!
Unfortunately my working situation has changed, the V60 originally purchased for the prospect of 15-20k per annum. It's likely I'll now be doing no more than 4k per annum, completely negating the need for a Diesel car.
It has full service history and a folder of relevant invoices and receipts for parts. The last service was carried out at the end of January, so it won't be due again until next year. It has its full original book pack (with all associated booklets), previous MOT's and two keys.
The car has an excellent specification including leather/alcantara heated seats, CD stereo with DAB, Aux-In + Bluetooth, rear parking sensors, electronic climate control, stop-start, tyre pressure monitoring system, auto headlights, cruise control, factory alarm/immobiliser, electric windows, ABS with EBD and ESP, power steering, electrically adjustable door mirrors, remote central locking and airbags all round.
Recent work has included carrying out all Volvo Recalls by Caffyns Eastbourne (Feb '23) - R10025 Bleeder Hose modification, R10029 Seat Belt recall and R29947 ECM update.
The V60 also had new front suspension Top Mounts and Wheel Alignment In Jan '23, plus new Front Brake Discs & Pads - November '22.
An additional £380 has also been spent to fully refurbish the 18\" Ixion alloy wheels. All wheels were sent off to Spit & Polish for a professional finish - they look absolutely fantastic in black gloss with diamond cut finish. They're in perfect condition, no kerb marks whatsoever.
Unsurprisingly it drives superbly, happily trundling the length and breadth of the county (and further). All the controls feel super tight and responsive, the brakes are excellent and the tracking is perfect.
