Otello Radighieri was born in Modena, Italy in 1920. An Autodidactic maker who has been guided by Giancarlo Guicciardi. Stradivari model. Exhibited at Baveno and Bagnacavallo. Also a guitar maker.
The attractive back in two matching pieces of maple of strong medium curl descending across the back from the centre joint. The ribs, pegbox and scroll of similar curl. The front in two pieces of spruce of medium-broad grain. The varnish of a rich orange- red colour on an amber ground.
