Vintage Antoria Type A mandolin. Circa 1970s. Made in Japan.
A lovely mandolin in good used condition with playing wear and age. New D'addario strings fitted. The action is low, playable but you may wish to tweek the set up to suit.
The scratchplate is missing.
Tuning pegs work well but there is a little play in them when tuning, it is of its age.There is a strap button on the back of the headstock , probably located there by a past owner.
There is light wear to the body in places but it has nice decorative rope binding and good quality bridge and tailpiece.
A really lovely sounding vintage Mandolin, made at the height of Japanese production, affordable and good quality, its not perfect but its very playable and useable.
No case, collection BS6 or BS7.
