VINTAGE 50 GALLON GALVANISED WATER TANK Or Water Feature

Vintage Butterfields of Shipley Large (50 gallon actual) Cold Water Tank of Galvanized Steel, Stamped with makers name and logo, BSS 417 (standard of construction) - It is not riveted.
Size approximately 36"(914 mm) x 24 1/4" (616 mm) x 23 1/2" (597 mm)
Likely to have been made 1900s at Butterfields some time after 1864 year when Butterfields were established.
Tank was in working order (no leaks) when removed from a circa 1803 cottage that is being refurbished.
Tank has attached 2 working brass water/gate/stop valves and a float.
The map shows the location of Butterfields works 1909 - the Galvanizing Works from where the tank was likely placed on a barge and sent down the Liverpool Canal (also shown on the Map) to Kirkby and on by cart to West Derby.
Could be used as a Water Tank or Planter Garden Trough or Water Feature.
