Role: Vehicles Administrator Location: Peterborough, PE6 Salary: Equivalent to GBP24,530 per annum Employment: Temporary to permanent after 12 weeks Hours of Work: 37 per week (Mon-Fri 08:00 - 16:00 and 09:00 - 17:00, alternate weeks) Start Date: Immediate Are you an organised individual with a strong administrative mindset and good attention to detail? My client is based in Peterborough and is looking to expand their ever-growing team by adding a Vehicles Administrator. As a Vehicles Administrator, you will work within a team to enhance the overall operation and help to ensure a safe, fit-for-purpose and available fleet in the most efficient and cost-effective way. You'll be responsible for the update and maintenance of a vehicles database, ensuring fleet maintenance schedules are up-to-date and accurate, including services and MOTs. You'll be responsible for running reports on mileage and fuel spend, whilst also handling the administration of parking penalties, driving contraventions, speeding fines and accident/incident reports. An ideal candidate will have the following skillset: - Strong administrative mindset - Attention to detail - Understanding of Microsoft Excel - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills - Experience of working in a fast-paced, busy environment - Full UK driving license On offer is a salary of GBP24,530 per annum, plus benefits.
