The room is suitable for work with individual clients. It has been decorated to a high standard with beautifully newly reupholstered soft wool armchairs.
£14 per hour (inclusive of high speed WiFi, daily cleaning, tissues). or £13 per hour for over 8 hours per week.
Available for long term bookings in 4 or 5 hour blocks:
Monday - 7am/8am-12pm, 7pm-10pm
Tuesday - 7/8am-12pm, 12-4pm/5pm, 5-9pm/10pm
Wednesday - 7am-12pm, 12-4pm/5pm, 5-9/10pm
Thursday - 7am-12pm, 12-5pm
Friday - 7am-12pm, 12-4pm/5pm, 5-9/10pm
Saturday - 7am-12pm, 12-4pm/5pm, 5-9/10pm
Sunday - 7am-12pm, 12-4pm/5pm, 5-9/10pm
1 month's rent in advance plus 1 month's rent as deposit.
£40 non-refundable deposit for the key and card.
2 months notice period.
Located on Hanover Square (Mayfair postcode), near to Oxford Circus and Bond St tubes -- serviced by the Elizabeth line, Central line, Victoria line, Jubilee line. Quiet building with lift access.
