Telephonist

Adecco have an exciting opportunity for an outgoing and friendly telephonist to work for our public sector client located in Newcastle under Lyme.
The successful candidate will provide support to a busy department and will be responsible for the booking of appointments. You will be required to receive high volume calls throughout the day to assist with queries, whilst adhering to company policies and procedures.
Applicants will ideally have previous experience of working within telephonist/ receptionist role or similar. You will need to possess good IT skills and understanding of packages such as Excel and Outlook.
This is a temporary ongoing role, working full time hours, Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm. Rate from GBP9.65PH ( to be reviewed in April in line with minimum wage increase).
