SWAP Intel i5 CPU with high watts PSU for Intel i3 CPU and low watts PSU

Energy bills have rocketed, my PC is on for many hours out of each 24 hours and I'm not interested in PC games, just word processing, web surfing, email. The i5 CPU and PSU are about 2 or 3 years old, if you're in to the swap then you will need to arrange with Maciej my Polish, educated to doctorate level in IT computer techie who knows everything there is to know to do with home computing to bring your PC round to my flat off of Gloucester Road BS7 to meet with me and Maciej for him to remove the respective CPUs and PSUs out of our PCs and swap them over. I will pay Maciej the cost of doing the swap.
