Supply Chain Analyst, Wareham (Hybrid)
The Purpose
Rubicon's client is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to support the Supply Chain team. Reporting to the Business Manager, the role will involve the provision of accurate, timely and insightful information to the supply chain team to help with sourcing decisions. You will ensure that all Supply Chain processes are analysed, documented, and updated, making mendations for improvement as required.
Supply Chain Analyst Responsibilities
Analyse business requirements to provide succinct reports to the supply chain team, providing operational reports to support effective sourcing and supplier management activities.Perform supply market analysis to support effective strategies, monitoring and reporting on supply chain risk.Support the implementation of the new ERP system, maintaining the system and supplier data, whilst fault finding through investigation and testing.Be pliance champion for Supply Chain, monitoring adherence to processes and managing the Supply Chain SharePoint and internal Web Pages. Skills & Experience Required
Able to create effective reports and manipulate large amounts of data.Working knowledge of supply chain analysis techniques, and knowledge of supply chain processes.A good understanding of ERP and IT software.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Good attention to detail, whilst able to own workload efficiently with changing demands and issues.Strong analytical, interpersonal and negotiation skills with good verbal and munication skills.
