The modern design is well removed from the static caravan family, but still built on a wheeled chassis for the planning gains, versatility, access and move ability. The non permanent structure has great residual value if you decided to re-sell in the future.

How to order:
To reserve a build slot, we take a 40% deposit. We confirm specification and order at this stage. One deposit paid, the build takes between 10 to 16 weeks*
Upon chassis arriving, we take a further 40% deposit
Upon completion before delivery we take the final 20% completion
We will update you through the order process with personal videos of your Annexe being built.
The order price is fixed at this stage 1, subject to you making amendments to order.
We offer a full up front payment discount of 3%.

Delivery:
The delivery is fully ensured to get to your property, we carry out a site survey prior to delivery.
The 28x10 & 32x12 arrive on a rigid lorry and the 38x13 & 40x14 arrive on low loader Artics.
Siting and positioning at an extra cost of £1200.
After delivery you will be responsible for LPG gas safe cert, electricity connection and plumbing connections. We find its much easier to use your local contractors.
