Solicitor - Real Estate Finance

Victor Chase are currently working with one of the UK's leading property finance firms, providing an innovative approach to the delivery of legal work in the areas of lender services, finance mortgages and property.
This firm are looking for a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer to work within their busy, established and successful property team. You will primarily be dealing with property finance matters for banking clients. Our client don't mind if you have 1-year PQE or many more; they are looking for the right person, with a great attitude.
You will be managing a case load of high-net worth transactions, with the opportunity to gain hands on experience and to progress your career.
Requirements:
Previous experience of commercial property transactions - some experience of real estate finance transactions secured over commercial and residential real estate would be ideal.Strong commercial acumen;A practical and proactive approach to solving problems;An ability to prioritise your workload effectively;Excellent communication and client care.
