Singer/Lyricist Wanted For Songwriting Collaboration

Hi, I'm looking to form a songwriting partnership/collaboration with a singer. Preferably someone who writes lyrics that I could put to music, or write words to existing melodies. If you're just a singer then that's fine too as I can write lyrics as well!
I'm a guitarist & songwriter, moved to London from Coventry a few years back and looking to try something new. I've mainly played and written songs in various bands, I can sing too, but more confident on backing vocals/harmonies. Check out the links below for a few examples of the stuff I've done.
I tend to write songs in a fairly high register, so a female singer may be preferred, but someone with a great voice is what I'm looking for, either male or female!
The idea would be to write and record a selection of songs to pitch to producers and publishers, but would also be into playing live too if it seems to be working well.
