The fire & rescue service in Nottinghamshire is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join the Incident Command Training Team.
SIMULATION SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

£29,439 - £32,909 p.a. (pro-rata)
22.2 hours per week (2 days per week)

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a professional and effective team delivering Incident Command Simulation Training to the Fire & Rescue Service.
The post holder will be expected to support and facilitate delivery of both training and assessments at all levels within the Service, they will be expected to contribute to the efficient running of the Incident Command teams day to day business.
The successful candidate should be self-motivated, possess good IT and organisation skills and have the ability to interpret and manage departmental records and data. They will need to be an excellent communicator with the ability to develop positive working relationships with external clients and other Emergency Services.
The role will involve using software to develop simulations for training and assessments – knowledge of specific software is not essential as training will be provided.
