Development, Implementation, maintenance, governance, and measurement of a service delivery model that focusses on deployment, utilisation, and performance of personnel against internal customer demand on behalf of the Service Delivery Manager, Liabilities. You will be required to - Support with the development, improvement, configuration, capability, performance, interfaces and supporting documentation associated within a specific business area. Support the change management process to ensure that risks associated with change to service arrangements are suitably managed. Support the provision of the service desk function to provide a single point of contact for the assignment and escalation of service delivery requests. Assist in maintaining and ensuring accurate service catalogues and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are available for use throughout the business. Assist with developing metrics to measure performance. Support continuity management, ensuring arrangements are in place to manage the loss of one or more key areas of service management. Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment and be a great team player., You will have some of the following skills and experience - Strong interpersonal skills, verbal, written & communication & leadership, project management, extensive information technology skills incl. std Microsoft applications i.e., excel, PowerPoint, outlook, word, etc Experience of working in service delivery roles. Experience of service-related processes/mechanisms. Experience of monitoring and measurement of service delivery. Willing and able to obtain and maintain the security clearance required for the role.
