Senior School Administrator required
Stoke primary schoolSummer termFull time postSIMs Knowledge Academics have been approached by a large Stoke primary school to help cover part of a maternity contract for the summer term in their school office. Your working hours will be Monday to Friday 8am–4pm.
You will be expected to manage the administrative function within the school, under the guidance of the senior leadership team.
Your duties will include
Manage manual puterised record / information systemsAnalyse and evaluate data/information and produce reports/information data as requiredAssist with marketing and promotion of the schoolComplete and plex forms, returns, including those to external agencies e.g. Local Authority, Department of Education, etc.Work closely with the Principal, Deputy Principal and Academy Business Manager, with regular interaction through munication streams e.g. 1:1; box swap; emails; etc.Deal plex reception/visitor mattersDeputise on behalf of the Academy Business ManagerAssist the Academy Business Manager with the line management of office staff What are we looking for?
Someone with previous school based experience
Full knowledge of SIMsEffective use of ICTExcellent organisational skillsAbility to direct othersSomeone who demonstrates a 'can–do' attitude, suggesting solutions, participating, trusting and encouraging others to achieve expectationsFriendly approachYou will hold a valid DBS certificate or be happy for us to process one on your behalf If you are an experienced school administrator who is available for the summer term then please get in touch with Academics immediately.
