SF Recruitment is currently for a creative, vibrant Senior Marketing Executive to join one of our key clients. This is a full time, permanent role based in Nottingham. The role offers hybrid working with a 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home split! It is essential you are able to drive to be successful for the role. The role is in the ideal location for candidates based in Nottingham, Mansfield and the surrounding areas. As the Marketing Executive your primary responsibility will be to work to implement the long and short term engagement strategies. A keen eye for detail and creative flair are key to this role. We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for marketing and who has demonstrated an ability to translate this into engaging content. This is a new role that you can make your own - the role will be suitable for a hands-on individual, comfortable and confident working on their own initiative and collaboratively with the Director. It is essential you have previous Marketing experience to be considered for the role. We are looking for a all-rounder Marketing professional. Responsibilities Include: - Work closely with our CEO on all facets of marketing strategy and plans, creating cohesive and well managed campaigns that optimise performance and ROI (acquisition and retention). - Take responsibility for marketing communications including developing a brand tone of voice and storytelling - develop a consistent messaging hierarchy and a set of key value differentiators for our customer communications and campaigns. - Plan and execute a marketing calendar of advertising, campaigns and promotions, factoring in deployment go-live dates and key marketing initiatives. - Design and oversee all aspects of digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns. - Website maintenance and management. Evaluate important metrics that affect the website traffic, service quotas, and target audience. - Plan and manage social media platforms. - Prepare accurate reports on the marketing's overall performance. - Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting the industry. - Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects. - Plan, book and deliver PR opportunities in the press in line with key campaigns. Co-ordinate all media contacts and external organisations to ensure that the company consistently gets print and digital coverage. - Attend and/or participate at conventions, conferences, and tradeshows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and providing post-event reports and analysis.
