I’m as new to new condition and what can only be described as excellent condition due to this being an original Scrabble De-Luxe Spears Games 1988 edition 100% complete with all the original genuine essentials such as complete full set of all characters (letters) along with the two blank any letters squares. Full original Official Scrabble Rules Of Play Spears Games 1988 booklet. Original additional ‘Two letter words you are allowed to play’ card. All 4 scrabble original Scrabble letter holders. Most of the unused original 1988 JW Spears & Sons PLC paper score cards plus a small number that have been played on giving an authentic view into the history of this particular vintage edition. Plus of course the De Luxe Scrabble Large Scrabble board complete with built in board rotation device on the verso of the board.
A probably very rare complete 1988 original edition and therefore must be of interest to Scrabble buffs, original board game enthusiasts etc etc.
3 minor defects in that 1) one side of box lid has broken away at two corner seems, 2) only one original Scrabble pencil, 3) the smallest defect to the original Scrabble letters bag on that a few little stitches have come out.
So a near perfect original 1988 JW Spears & Sons Plc Large De Luxe edition Scrabble set - that is a fully playable state that potential could have years and years of play for any new careful owner. Reluctantly offering for sale ( as needs must). £40
