Q. Hi Saul i own a saniflo and have been informed it needs replacing . is this something you do..

A.. Firstly who informed you of this.. replacing a saniflo can be expensive .. did they do a full survey or just merley pay your premises a quick visit...

Q. It was a good 20 minute visit ..

A. To fully inspect a saniflo system takes between 1-2 hours .. you have to drain the system .. then remove the lid to gain access once inside your system a full investigation can proceed ... most macerators are durable and like any working machine parts will fail from time to time. repair first then replace only as the last option..

Q. My daughter has flushed a makeup wipe down help

A. Straight forward job.. However sometimes the sudden stopping of your saniflo can inflict further damage to several ponents..

Q. How will I know if extra damages have been inflicted on my sanifo ..

A. Unfortunately only after the offending item as been removed and a pleted will this information be at hand..

A. No I only have spare parts..with over 40+ different units on the market its impossible .. even a saniflo engineer will still have to order one from sales...
