We are selling our beloved 2 bedroomed lodge at Lowther Holiday Park. It is a Walker Bros lodge pitched on the river front (pitch 365). There is a shower in the bathroom and also a seperate toilet. The second bedroom has twin single beds. It is fully furnished and we have had the decking built in February 2021 at a cost of £5000. It is a 2004 model which has 26 years remaining on the lease (expires in 2049) It's elevated position means that it benefits from more privacy than other river view lodges on the site.
Site fees are payable to Pure Leisure on a yearly basis. If you have any questions or require a viewing, please email me.
Unfortunately, due to the terms and conditions of Pure Leisure/Lowther Holiday Park, if you have visited the site and been shown around by the sales team or you are already a customer/caravan owner through Pure Leisure, you will be unable to buy privately. For this reason, please contact me directly and NOT Pure Leisure/Lowther Holiday Park.
Unfortunately, Pure Leisure don't allow owners to rent out their caravans/lodges on the park.
