We have been in the piano business since 1953 when Ronald Ware the founder of our piano business completed his apprenticeship at Hickies & Hickies music shop Boscombe, Dorset where his master could also trace his learning lineage back to the 19th century. We have been expertly restoring, repairing and tuning pianos for Radio 4, music colleges, and were former County Council contract school piano tuners and repairers for Dorset, Hampshire, West Sussex, Harrow and Bucks. Our experience and expertise is second to none. We sell only Pianos; your piano purchase is special to us and would love to continue the after care for years to come!

This Broadwood was fully restored just over 20 years ago and is in excellent condition we list below what was completed.
•Soundboard refinished.
•Iron plate refinished.
•Full restring with regular sized block pins.
•New hammer heads.
•New damper felts.
•Veneer casework completely stripped and refinished in open grain French polish.
•Keyboard completely recovered.
•Whippen space felts all replaced.
On receiving this piano into our workshop showroom we tuned to A440 and have fully fine regulated the piano after replacing all the centre pins in the action.
A classic traditional look baby grand piano with beautiful Rosewood veneer in traditional French polish. Rounded legs and lovely mouldings and design look desk.
Ideally priced piano as this type of restoration would cost in the region of £12,000.
