Residential Conveyancer Role & Responsibilities
Support the Servicing arm of the business by providing technical legal support to the team.Manage the paralegals within the team.Assist the Lead Conveyancer in the delivery of legal services.Review and interpret title documents.Prepare and submit electronic discharge documents.Support the third-party management of Conveyancers.If you have experience in property conveyancing, title documents, discharge documents, legal support and as a conveyancer, apply for this Residential Conveyancer role today and we will be in touch with the next steps.

At least 3 years' experience of working within a residential conveyancing department either as a fee earner or in a technical conveyancing role.Ability to interact with people at all levels.Able to handle competing demands in a high volume, fast-paced working environment.Proven ability to work effectively in independent settings.Strong attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Organised, analytical, and methodical.Have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Conveyancing matters.About CompanyOur purpose is to help people finance a better retirement.
