We have exciting opportunities within the Property Services Repairs Team for Repairs Assistants.
Closing date: 26 March 2023
Interview Date: 03 April 2023
You will have excellent customer service skills to undertake a range of administrative duties including responding to and dealing with repairs related queries. The role involves maintaining records and systems, raising Contractor orders, and assisting the Repairs Planning Team and Repairs Supervisors by liaising with customers and trade colleagues to arrange appointments for repairs.
The successful candidates must be:
experienced in working within an office environmentsignificantly experienced in working with Microsoft Office – in particular Excel, Outlook and Wordexcellent in communication skills and the ability to provide high levels of customer satisfaction ensuring that a customer focused front-line service is delivered to a high standardhighly organised and able to work with competing prioritiesself-motivated with a high attention to detailable to work to targets and deadlines.flexible to meet the needs of the service.
