What's in it for you? You will receive a basic salary of GBP20k-GBP25k dependent upon experience plus an excellent commission structure going to 30% for placements with the clients you bring on! Where you'll be working: You will work with a fantastic team of talented consultants for a leading IT recruitment agency that specialise in Digital Change, Architecture, Security and the Cloud sectors. They are the go-to partner for tech recruitment amongst strong household names and up and coming start up tech companies and they absolutely love what they do! Due to the sheer amount of accounts they have generated and grown, they have a dedicated delivery/resource hub which can be used to support your desk. to join their established team and start earning some incredible commission. What you'll be doing: As a trainee recruitment consultant you will be given the opportunity to be fully trained and developed into a successful recruitment consultant. you will be taught how to manage your own desk and trained in developing business and client relationships as well as sourcing and headhunting quality candidates.
