Lowest height floor to top of seat is 24 inch, seat will raise so maximum floor to top of seat is around 20 inch. Measure the riders inside leg for suitability. Cash On Collection only no delivery and i will not deal with courriers so buyers must collect. I had one idiot demanding I deliver personally to Devon which is three hundred miles from where I live in leeds and she said I had agreed to this in a phone call. Luckily eBay saw sense and binned that lady off.
