Working within a recycling factory on a fast-moving conveyor, picking off recyclable items from the rest of the household waste. Working individually and within a team. Participating in large periods of cleans where the factory is down for housekeeping, you will use the time to use brushes and shovels to ensure that the environment is as clean as possible.
Once you have been trained, you will then take part in the cleaning and maintenance of the machinery on site. You will be trained to use and wear a harness; you will learn to work in all areas of the factory and on all lines. There is also potential to become a Cabin Leader where you will be responsible for a line and the other workers on it.
4 on 4 off. 2 days, 2 nights followed by 4 rest days. This is a rolling shift pattern.
Days – 06:45am – 19.05pm
Nights – 18.45pm – 07.05am
