Purchase Ledger Administrator

We are supporting a Milton Keynes organisation with recruiting a temporary Finance Officer to start on March 27th to join their friendly finance team.
Please find details of the role below:
• Location: Close to Central Milton Keynes• Position; Finance Officer• Payrate: GBP12.50ph - GBP13ph• Contract: Ongoing to be reviewed• Full time - 8am-4pm (Early finish on a Friday)• Office based
Duties of the role:
Experience with Sage
Assist budget holders and/or the Finance Manager in raising orders for goods and servicesin accordance with the school's procurement procedures and following best valueprinciples
Process order requisitions as required, despatching authorised orders to suppliers forfulfilment.
Direct goods received to the correct locations in liaison with the Site team.
Process supplier delivery notes and invoices, obtaining authorisation for payment inaccordance with the approved Budget Holder list.
Prepare BACS payment runs.
Reconcile supplier statements to the purchase ledger
