Answering calls from clients and tenantsResolving queriesAssigning contractors to specific jobsAllocating and schedules engineersUpdate scheduling systems with new jobsLiaise with the contractors to understand lead times for job completionContacting clients to give update of work progressAttending sitesProperty administrationEnsuring all clients properties are compliant with paperworkGeneral office administration To be successful in the role you will have:
