We at POST- Recruitment are representing an award-winning film and animation agency on the hunt for a Production Manager with a passion for all things film to join their team.
You will join the team of 20 in-house staff and a broader family of retained freelancers who bring their passions, talent and excellent skills to work as soon as they join us.
Responsibilities and Requirements.
You will need to be able to work on multiple projects concurrently across various subject matters, the full End-to-End process.You will produce shoots on location and schedule projects from pre- to Post-Production.Booking kit and crew for domestic shoots.Organising all logistics as well as running the production budgets.You will work with the creative and client services teams to help ensure a smooth-running office.The ability to prioritise and multitask is essential.They are looking for someone with excellent verbal communication skills.Confidence when dealing with clients with successful client relationships. That's why you need a background in film production and experience in project management and delivery.
You will be joining a productive and fun team who shares a strong work ethic and high standards and relish a creative challenge.
