Press Operator / Setter

The Company
MTrec Recruitment are currently recruiting a Press Operator / Setter for a prestigious company in the Washington area on a full-time basis.
Experience on Press Operating & Setting is essential.
The Role
* We are looking for candidates with Press Operating & Setting experience.
* The role would see you carrying out general production duties; including machine operating, setting of press machinery for production, carrying out tool changes and adjusting where required.
* Daily meetings with the team leader or supervisor
* Running machinery assisting with the overall production process
* Loading / unloading machinery
* Quality inspection of a range of components
* Maintain the company’s health & safety standards at all times.
* Overseeing machinery to ensure the process is running correctly
The Candidate
* Previous experience in press operating & setting
* A positive attitude and are willing to learn more skills on the job.
* Confidence on the job and are happy to take on more responsibility if necessary.
The Hours
2 shifts moving onto 3 shifts after training period.
Two Shifts: 6:55am to 15:00pm / 16:45pm - 12:50am
Three shift: 7:00am - 15:00pm / 15:00pm - 23:00pm / 23:00pm - 7:00am
The Pay
£13.03 per hour across 2-shifts
£14.19 per hour across 3-shifts
