Post rock / black metal influenced project startup

Somewhat rusty 30 something bassist / guitarist / vox looking to start bleak, vitriolic, hypnotic and melodic project.
Need drums/bass/guitar/vox/keys (or associated samples and ambience) and am hoping roles can be fairly fluid.
Have ideas but want to collaboratively write fresh material.
My main influencing genres include post rock, black metal, alt-rock, IDM and electronica, but palette is open to what works.
