Hi,
My name is Duc and I am looking for a friendly and tidy flatmate to share a modern and spacious flat in Pilrig Heights. The flat is located in a lovely residential area, only 10 minutes walking to Leith Walk where you can find a wonderful variety of supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and excitingly, the long-awaited tram (!). St. James quarter, Omni Center, Waverley train station and Princess Street are all readily accessible. The flat is located on the third floor and benefits from lift, free parking, concierge service and regular building maintenance.
The room is bright, cosy and fully furnished with a double bed, working desk and chair, built-in wardrobe and cabinet. You will have your own spacious private ensuite. The kitchen is shared, and comes with all the day-to-day necessities, including dishwasher, washing machine, and dining table (coming soon).
About myself, I am a 30 year-old Vietnamese working in finance and living long-term in Edinburgh. The flat will be shared between you, me and another tenant.
The room is aimed towards non-pet owners and non-smokers only. Long-term tenants (at least 6 months), working professionals and mature students are preferred.
The rent does not include bills. Please find below a rough estimate:
