What do we need from you? You will need to be Mat or Equipment Qualified to Level 3 and feel comfortable and open to being coached. Have a genuine passion for helping people reach their ultimate fitness goals and strive to always give great service. Have strong engagement, good communication and active listening skills. Be a motivator with the flexibility to recognise every client individuality! Be compassionate, reliable, honest and a great team player. You must be able to drive.
Who are we? We are a boutique classical Pilates studio offering an array of studio apparatus classes to help ladies improve their body shape, improve mindset around exercise and to achieve the body they desire and improve confidence as they learn to move well and feel great.
Our Founder, Sarah Janes, is an author and established Holistic Therapist, Fitness Instructor and Classical Pilates Teacher, third generation. Sarah believes that Pilates can help heal your body, and connect your mind to your body, no matter the age, body type or fitness level. Dedicated to staying true to the original works of Joseph Pilates, Sarah is passionate about providing rewarding teaching opportunities to other Pilates Instructors and making the best Pilates programme accessible to everyone.
