Meet the Coach! ??♂️
Robert, head coach and programme creator. You will find me taking your initial consultation, writing and delivering your programme and running your check ins/feedback. I offer online training and also training at your home gym set up in person. I can work around the Edinburgh and Lothians areas in person on a Monday - Friday morning.
I am just completing 24 years in the British Army and will be taking the leap into fitness full time. Over my career I have coached individuals in a variety or sports from Cross Country Skiing, cycling, British Army Warrior Fitness and CrossFit. I have also been coaching at CrossFit affiliates for almost two years.
My aim is to make your programming fun and challenging by taking an individualised approach to ensure we keep that needle moving in the right direction. Smart programming, understanding the stimulus and appropriate scaling will be the linchpin of your programme.
I am invested in helping you achieve your goals through strengthening your mindset, skillset and physical abilities.
