Handle a full caseload of RTA Litigation mattersWorking knowledge of RTA claims, MOJ stages 1, 2 & 3 and new OIC portal.Proven experience and ability to handle a mixture of off portal and Litigated RTA casesCredit Hire experience highly desirableBe able to work independently with minimal supervisionDemonstrate that they can cope well under pressureDemonstrate that they can meet tight Court deadlinesBuild strong relationships with clientsWork towards specific deadlines and targetsShow ability to use CPR and Case Law effectivelyCarry out file reviews and Risk AssessmentsAttend Conferences with Clients and BarristersDrafting Applications Skills and Attributes:
Independently handling own caseloadDrafting Pleadings, Witness Statements, Disclosure ListsPreparation for Trial including bundles, Briefs to Counsel, ConferencesExperience in dealing with Court attendances for Infant Approval Hearings, Application Hearings and Case Management ConferencesExperience in dealing with Credit Hire, Storage, and RecoveryDemonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with clients, other parties, and colleagues.Demonstrate good 'people skills' for building relationships with colleagues at all levelsHave the ability to plan and prioritise your caseload effectively Experience:
Previous experience of managing your own caseload of Fast Track RTA Portal claims, or hands on experience of managing tasks relating to such casesExperience of handling a case load of RTA portal claims is essential and an understanding of the portal process will be highly beneficial.Excellent negotiator with strong communication skillsCompetent working with a case management system and good knowledge of MS OfficeGood attention to detail and organisational skillsLitigation experienceFocus on delivering quality service to clients and the firmAt least 1 year of independent/case management and litigation experience Vacancy information:
