Personal Assistant for Chef/Director

Exciting opportunity for an efficient Personal Assistant to a high profile Chef/Proprietor of a well-respected, modern pany in Edinburgh.
Your tasks will include:
-managing the time of the chef/owner including setting priorities
-keeping track of emails and meetings
-organisation of administrative tasks such as filling out health and safety forms
-any and all personal matters he needs attended to such as booking holidays or appointments
-organising travel arrangements
-fielding phone calls from press and media
Time would be around 30-40 hours a week and salary will be up to £28k to start, depending on experience. We are seeking an individual who is extremely organised and self-motivated as this role will change depending on the changing needs of the chef/owner.
We are a small but pany and are looking for someone who is easy going yet very organised and can get on with our young, energetic, passionate growing team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £23,000.00-£28,500.00 per year
