We are hiring for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing, supportive team of professionals.
About the role:
As a Recruitment Consultant for Penta Consulting, will be an integral part of a global team working as a technical specialist focussing on qualifying and attracting the very best technical talent across EMEA, which we can then place into our client projects.
You will be working alongside some of the very best industry experts, with a structured interactive training programme and will partner with some of the world’s leading technology organisations who are continuing to deliver digital transformation to organisations across the world.
The focus of this role is to source candidates via job board applications, searching and headhunting. You will be passionate about people and be able to effectively match the right person to the right job.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, recruit, and select technical consultants based on client requirements.
Collaborate with the Head of Delivery and Account Managers to determine staffing needs.
Support the Head of Delivery in internal and external stakeholder meetings.
Ensure recruitment KPIs are met by working closely with the Head of Delivery and Account Managers.
Assist with business-critical and strategic projects.
Provide support with high-volume recruitment when team members are unavailable.
About you:
Previous experience as a recruitment delivery consultant or within recruitment industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
People-first approach, values and appreciates everyone they deal with
Self-starter with a can-do attitude, comfortable working with stakeholders of all levels
Thrives in a fast-paced and demanding environment that develops and changes quickly
Takes ownership and acts autonomously
Target-driven and accustomed to working towards KPIs
Confident in making high-volume proactive phone calls
Strong organizational skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Goal-oriented mindset, comfortable in a sales environment and overachieving on personal objectives
Adaptable to new systems and changing dynamics across recruitment in different regions, countries, and technical markets
Effective communicator and collaborator with strong fact-finding and meticulous organizational skills.
