Pastry Chef de Partie- 4 star hotel - near Welwyn Garden City
We are currently looking for an experienced and talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join the pastry section at this beautiful hotel near Welwyn Garden City. The Pastry Chef de Partie will be passionate about using seasonal, local produce and will have experience of producing a variety of free from menus to ensure everyone has the opportunity to indulge.

The ideal Pastry Chef de Partie will have the following:
Experience as a Pastry Chef, preferably within a similar style of propertyExperience in catering for Banquets, weddings and other functions.A good standard of oral and written English.The ability to work collaboratively with others in pursuit of team goals.The ability to thrive under pressure in a challenging environment.A real passion for pastry and cooking food to a very high standard.Due to the hotel's location on the outskirts of Welwyn Garden City, your own reliable transport will be required if not taking the live in.All candidates must be able to demonstrate that they hold a relevant and valid permit or visa to live and work in the UK.
