3 bed / 3 bath, comfortably sleeps six. Sunny private pool (30 ft long) that looks out over beautiful lake. With comfy loungers, covered shaded lanai, outside seating / Dinning area.
Very large open plan living area leading to fully fitted and recently renovated kitchen with dishwasher, breakfast bar with seating, & separate dinning area seating six.
Very large & spacious master bedroom with walk in closet, en-suite with walk in shower, twin sinks & direct pool access.
A second large master bedroom with large built in closet, en-suite with walk in shower & twin sinks.
A spacious twin room with built in closet & direct access to 3rd main bathroom.
The villa is fully air conditioned throughout with free WIFI, free USA phone calls and flat screen TVs in all rooms. There is a utility area and games room within the garage.
