It features the snapshot focus mechanism for easy enjoyment of quick deep focus shooting, as well as the MSC mechanism that enables fast, smooth autofocusing for both still images and movies.
I am starting out in amateur photography and my reading leads me to believe that I have ordered the wrong lens to cater for beginner's digital photography. I am looking for a 12mm to 40 or 60mm standard zoom to use for general photography practise.
I therefore plan to sell this brand new boxed lens to help buy the zoom.
