Working in residential and commercial properties in Greater London and the Home Counties, you will be on hand to make the property safe and secure, following damage by fire, water, vehicular impact, or vandalism. Our insurance reinstatement team works closely with: Insurance Companies Repair Network Organisations Insurance Brokers Loss Adjusters and assessors Property Managing AgentsYou must be able to display exceptional customer service and be familiar with dealing with customers during what is often a worrying time for the policyholder. You will be skilled in fostering trust, through open and reassuring communications, fastidious reliability, and a quality finish with the minimum of fuss and disruption. Painting & Decorating Tiling General fabric/ground works Full UK driving licence and experience navigating Central London Good IT Skills and proficiency working via a PDA/mobile device. Excellent customer service/client-facing skills. Ability to problem solve and think clearly under pressure. Own tools.
