There are staff on site at all times with each resident having a named member of staff who is their key worker.
What is very sheltered housing?
Very sheltered housing is aimed at frailer older people. Residents have their own flat and can live as independently as they please, but support staff are on site 24-hours a day and quality, nutritious meals are provided.
The available property is fortable and cosy studio flat with a modern bathroom with walk in shower.
Montgomery Court features two high quality, fully munal lounges with secure, free WiFi, and two pantries. Residents are free to use these areas as they please and are may invite friends and neighbours to join them here. The development also has a guest room.

Montgomery Court is owned and managed by Hanover Scotland, one of Scotland's largest non-profit suppliers of housing to older people.
