For sale I have my Monitor Audio Gold Reference centre speaker in unmarked black ash finish
Please read carefully, this is a project I haven't had time to finish
The speaker is from MA's flagship Gold Reference range and the rrp was £700 when new. The bass/midrange drivers were used to build a set of additional bass units on another set of speakers and the unit remained unused for years. The Gold tweeter and crossovers, together with all the connecting QED silver cables are still in place inside the unit, so it's a bargain experiment waiting pletion
It's boxed and you can have it as it is for £25
I also purchased a set of MA drivers to rebuild the speaker but they are slightly too large so need some of the surround cutting down from the drivers and the cabinet modifying. They are available for £25
I just haven't had time to sort it so I'm selling this as a cheap project, if you want the speaker and the drivers to finish the job then that's £40 for everything. All prices are collected from Whirlow in Sheffield or I will post anywhere in the UK for the £9.05 1st class signed for insured (at cost) as i have the original box.
The speaker stand and additional hifi in the photos are obviously not included!
