Mini One spares/repair 2009 non runner

Mini One 2009 Spares Repair.
1.4 litre.
Been off the road for a couple of years, I was going to fix it but now need the room.
It had a water issue, I replaced a few parts but didn't cure it. Then the engine light came on and it went into limp mode.
I recovered it home, but despite looking at it now and then it is a non runner. The last time I did, the battery was flat, this will need replacing because it doesn't hold a charge.
It has a water issue, and probably an oil leak.
Therefore it is sold with no warranty implied or given.
