Oil Massage available in private room with Ex Athlete. I have my own gym too so you can combine a light PT session followed by a massage (half and half) or just the massage, of course ! As a serious sportsman, I've had a million and one massages myself, so lots of experience here. My style is to combine an element of Sports and Swedish. Sports can sometimes leave you feeling a bit beaten up, Swedish sometimes like not much happened. Different body parts often require different styles. The lactic acid that has crystallised in your back requires a different approach to the tired feeling in your legs for example.

The first question I'm usually asked is what do you look like. I can't put up a picture as it breaches the vagood conditions but I'm an ex track sprinter, sprint rower and powerlifter. I have no agenda and welcome all creeds, colours, genders and sexualities. You'll be made to feel comfortable and welcome in a warm massage room enabling you to leave relaxed and satisfied at the conclusion.

If you want to receive a full body massage, then yes normally you'd be naked, but covered by towels. As an athlete, the glutes are a powerful muscle driving you forward at speed. If you want them worked on then it's more difficult with clothing on. Also, and I speak as a former stripper here, oil rots elastic. Alas, I've seen it attack and kill 3 inch waistbands on expensive Otomix baggies. Underwear elastic doesn't stand a chance!! Of course, if you are shy or nervous we can work around it as it suits you.

I normally use warm Grapeseed oil, towelled off before completion. I'm based in Hemel Hempstead and charge £40 for 30 min or £60 for an hour. I do ask that you respect my time. For the first session, I normally take £10 on a card to book the session and the balance is due when you arrive. Alas, there are a lot of fakers out there and this deters them. If you turn up once and don't mess about I dispense with the £10 formality next time.

Please note that the above is offered at a discount for being professional, respectful and booking ahead. If you contact me and say you are available now and only now, as many do, I will have to drop everything which will spark my normally low resting heart rate. I'll need to immediately fire up the heating system and also turn on the fan heaters to compensate for the cold room. I'll ask for an £80 payment. In our now almost cashless society, if you claim to be the last remaining person in the country without a bank account, I'll scratch my head and wonder what your motives are. Still, the increased fee will be used to take extra security precautions. I don't know you after all.

Similarly, if you work for MI5 (I've heard it all) and are worried that a card payment will reveal your secret identity to a foreign power then I can't book you in the diary as I'll have other clients who have paid and they will take priority. You are welcome to try on the day though but I'll likely be busy in the gym around lunch time and in the evenings so mid afternoon and late evenings are best for me (weekends too).

There is a private parking space at my gym, 20m away from the entrance.
